Registration
The candidates can register themselves by logging in to the site
http://www.learn-mt.com . After logging in click on the "Register Now"
button on the left side. When registration is complete the candidate will be
provided with a key number, which they can use to attempt the online entrance
test as well to view the result. For both attempting the entrance test and to
view the result enter the key number in the column provided above
"Take Test" on the right hand side. The result of the test will be
available in the site after one business day of completing the test.

Requirements
The candidate should possess a sound knowledge in English, a strong
listening skill and an interest to learn new medical terminology.

Mode of Entrance Examination
Aptitude test [completely online]: Multiple choice questions based on English grammar, highschool science, logical questions, comprehension, and proofreading exercise. Duration: 60 minutes.
Course Duration:
5-6 months or
approximate to 500 hours. The duration of the course depends on the sole
discretion of the company.

$599 for candidates who reside outside India
Training kit
Training kit will be
supplied to the candidate once the fee has been paid. The kit consists of a CD
with installation of the platform for training, reference libraries, user
manuals and training manual.

Modules
M2 online medical
transcription training is set up in a modular teaching format. The candidates
will be supplied a user name and password with which they will be able to
access the content of the training site. They will also be able to log on to
the training platform and download files for training from the training server.
The transcribed and uploaded files will be randomly checked by the tutors and
feedback will be provided. The candidate will have the privilege to post their
doubts in the discussion forum, which will be answered by the tutors within one
business day. There are a total of 5 modules, which when completed will result
in the award of a certificate to the student.

Certification
Candidates who successfully complete the course will be awarded a proficiency certificate and can approach any transcription company for placement, but should be able to meet the company standards. Job placement at M-Squared will be determined by the candidate's performance throughout the training period. Students with excellent performance throughout the online training period may be considered for job placement at M-Squared subject to availability of vacancy in the various accounts handled by the MT department.
