Physicians Groups Services (PGS) brings specialists together to better support patients’ healthcare needs with an easy referral process and less time between appointments. PGS is an umbrella of multi specialty services serving NE Florida and SE Georgia. Originally PGS supported Jacksonville’s family practice group, Family Medical Centers which has served the community for more than 25 years. As Family Medical Centers grew, so did the need to offer quality multi-specialty services in Northeast Florida under one umbrella, giving patients a streamlined form of care. This led to the expansion of now 12 additional multispecialty groups and services. It includes more than 100 providers and more than 450 staff members. Practices include: Family Medical Centers, Coastal Spine & Pain Center, Coastal Podiatry & Wound Care, Coastal Family Medicine, Coastal Physical Therapy, Coastal Kidney Clinics of Jacksonville, Amelia Psychiatry, Coastal Gastroenterology, Coastal Neurology, Gatien and Associates and Coastal Psychiatry.

Physicians Group Services’ goal is to provide the highest quality of care from pediatrics to geriatrics through advanced, modern treatments, while fostering clean and inviting patient centers with highly-trained staff.
