We have built a state of the art cafeteria for our occupants to take a break and relax after a tiring day at work. We also to provide warm and freshly cooked food for all our tenants.

All Rooms are well ventilated & designed with the best of interiors.All Rooms are Air Conditioned. Each room has an attached toilet with necessary accessories.

Each Room has an LED TV with dish connection. Our facility is fully WiFi. Each room has a refrigerator. RO Drinking water at each floor.

24 hours security at the main gate. Record maintain entry into the building. Modular Steel Wardrobe for safe storage. CCTV Surveilance in all common areas.

Admission is strictly on first come first serve basis only and with the submission of certain statutory requirements as detailed follow: Name, Age, Father’s Name, Permanent Address, Mobile Number, Passport Size Photo, Proof of Address, Pan Card / Driving License /Aadhaar Card / Voter ID / Company / College ID.
