Refusing to stick to the beaten path, searching out compelling stories and serving them up to an ever eager public, DJ's has always produced television that's a cut above. Almost always ahead of their time, a DJ's show doesn't stick to the tried and tested, which is why their oeuvre ranges from light comedies to hard hitting drama, coming of age serials to slice of life shows. They also have the privilege of making the most international fiction remakes on Indian television.
DJ's desire to constantly break the mold and tell inspirational stories with compelling protagonists in unique and aspirational settings comes from an unwillingness to rest on their creative laurels. Despite being in the industry for 20+ years they're as excited about creating new shows for an everchanging audience, believing firmly that television more than film offers them the chance to connect to the widest public. At the same time, the emergence of new mediums like the web has them equally excited about cracking the digital code and connecting to younger audiences searching for stories that reflect and inspire them!
