Dear students
I am immensely pleased to welcome all the students, enrolled to this institute for academic session 2019-20. In the words of Albert Einstein “the education is not the learning of facts but the training of the minds”. As you all must be aware that, education is the biggest means of enlighten the soul. Since centuries, Education institutions have been the foundation to develop personality through knowledge.
Thus, aiming the same, situated in remote rural area, our college focus on discovering, developing and drawing out the hidden talents and the magic lying dormant inside all of its students. From academics to co-curricular activities, perseverance and a never-say-die spirit are entrenched in the heart of every student not only making them good students but brilliant human beings. In today’s cut throat competitive age and dynamic world, a 360 degree development and grooming is of supreme importance and through our campus we are creating an environment for future leaders, entrepreneurs and professional who possess skills and aptitudes in an array of functional disciplines. |

Since the inception in 1976, Govt. PG College, Bisalpur Pilibhit has not only maintained a high standard in terms of quality Education but has contributed significantly towards the development of human resource in different fields. We encourage all the girls and boys students to participate in sports, NCC, NSS, Rover and rangers, cultural activities and other departmental activities to promote their career and multidimensional development.
My very competent team of teachers strives to focus on each and every student, monitor and mentor them, appreciate their achievement and encourage them to overcome their shortcomings. I urge all the teachers to create appropriate, meaningful and participative learning situations, inculcating life skills in the impressionable students and appreciating their smallest efforts with all generosity and broadness of vision.
At last but not least, I wish you all the best and hope that the years you spend in this institution will prove quite meaningful and significantly valuable and you will achieve success in the field.
