Our Benefits
Advantages of the Appraisal process vs. litigation include:
- Cost – Appraisal is more cost-effective vs hiring attorneys and filing lawsuits to resolve differences.
- Timeliness – Appraisal has a far shorter timeline than drawn-out legal proceedings.
- Closure – In most jurisdictions, a decision by the appraisal panel is binding/final thus eliminating appeals that would further delay settlements.
