Our Benefits

Northeast Claims Resolution Specialists works professionally with insurance companies or homeowners to bring closure to their disputed insurance claim. We are here in the Northeast and we are knowledgeable about market conditions, including material and labor costs, along with availability of contractors and supplies.

Advantages of the Appraisal process vs. litigation include:

  • Cost – Appraisal is more cost-effective vs hiring attorneys and filing lawsuits to resolve differences.
  • Timeliness – Appraisal has a far shorter timeline than drawn-out legal proceedings.
  • Closure – In most jurisdictions, a decision by the appraisal panel is binding/final thus eliminating appeals that would further delay settlements.
