Build Skills

HACK UNIVERSITY

To build great open data software for Oregon, we need a large community with of volunteers with advanced skills.  We offer applied, specialized training in our production environment so you can get up to speed quickly, start contributing to projects, or level up to find your next job/promotion.

Project Season

This season, we're partnering with the City of Portland to build five new projects--- which means all of our themes this year will be partnered directly with Bureaus or County offices.   Teams are currently full, if you'd like to get involved it's good to apply early and get in the hopper for the next round. 

You might be able to "back-door" your way into a team through Civic Lab.

New evening courses start the week of Jan 23rd and there's still time to apply.
