Support for school leadership, staff well-being and school performance, INSET, staff training, child protection, coaching, supervision and mentoring.

Since 2009, in association with a leading insurance group we have run courses and supported schools around the country.
From Plymouth to Newcastle we have worked with school leaders, business managers and teachers. Invitations have come from headteachers' consortia, teachers in training, NQT groups and individual schools.
Based in Stockport, we want to offer our services to schools close to home as well as further afield.

Coaching and Mentoring

We can arrange one to one or group supervision, coaching, counselling or mentoring for any member of staff. In a recent report OFSTED recommended that schools provide supervision to staff involved in Child Protection.

Our Compassionate and Assertive Leadership Programmes are popular amongst all levels of leadership in schools.

Counsellor, Psychotherapist, Hypnotherapist, Supervisor, Lecturer and Stress Management Coach.

Before becoming a therapist Jonathan ran his own insurance business and after 25 years he started a new career. He is married with three children, one of whom is on the Autistic Spectrum.
Chris Dawson

BA Msc D Hyp MBSCH

Hypnotherapist, NLP, Hypno CBT, EFT and Mindfulness Practitioner

Before becoming a therapist, Chris was a teacher for 30 years in High Schools in Stockport. Initially he taught English and Physical Education. Latterly, PSE and Drama. He spent 17 years as a Deputy Headteacher before becoming the Schools' Liaison Officer for a local Sixth Form College, supporting students making their post 16 choices.
Yvonne Hale

MNCS (Accred) MBACP

Yvonne has 35 years' experience in Children and Families Social Work - the first few years in Residential Childcare, the rest as a qualified Social Worker in Child Protection. Yvonne also has a service users' view of provision for adults as a carer for her adult brother. Yvonne has managed a team of Social Workers in an inner city area and has managed a Fostering Team both in LA and in the Independent sector.
